Great Notch Distillery, located at 465 West Main Street, “will cease production and distribution of its gin, vodka, bourbon, corn whiskey and apple pie moonshine,” the distillery announced on its website.

“You can still purchase our award winning New Jersey made spirits from our retail partners while supplies last,” the announcement states.

The distillery was the first to open in Bergen County since before prohibition, according to the website. In 2015, it was named New Jersey Distillery of the Year.
