RAMSEY, N.J. — A Superior Court judge has overturned a decision by the Ramsey Planning Board, ruling that it had no grounds to deny the proposal to build a Wawa on Route 17, NorthJersey.com reports.

Judge William C. Meehan said the board acted "arbitrarily, capriciously and unreasonably," when it came to the convenience store proposal, the article says.

The 5,000 square foot convenience store proposes a canopy over eight gas pumps with 46 parking spaces, according to NorthJersey.com.
