The restaurant – located at 1958 Route 23 – had been in business for 22 years.

The restaurant sent an e-mail to patrons thanking them for “all the good times.”

“We are sorry to say our Wayne location has closed,” the e-mail states. “We have enjoyed serving this community for 22 years.”

The Macaroni Grill on Route 17 in Ramsey also closed recently, and according to the company’s website, its Mount Olive location is now the last left in New Jersey.
