RINGWOOD, N.J. -- The Ringwood Public Library will host a presentation called "Herbal Ways for Winter Woes."
It will be at 7 p.m. Feb. 23 and is led by Robin Rose Bennett.
Bennett is a herbalist, writer and educator. She will be talking about healing foods and medicine plants. She will discuss ancient ways of nurturing and healing the body.
She will present an introduction to herbal medicine for colds, fever and more.
She brings her EarthSpirit teachings to the library, along with her books, "The Gift of Healling Herbs: Plant Medicines and Home Remedies for a Vibrantly Healthy Life" and "Healing Magic: A Green Witch Guidebook to Conscious Living."
