POMPTON LAKES, N.J. -- The public is invited to christen a new pumper at a wetdown event with the Pompton Lakes Fire Department on Saturday, Sept. 10. The 2016 Pierce Arrow XT 1500-gpm pumper will be sprayed by hoses, as per tradition, at the firehouse, 1 Passaic Ave.
The DRB Band will play at a Pompton Lakes wetdown.

There will be hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, zeppoles, and Italian ice. The DRB Band and local DJ Larry will perform.
