Miss Laurie Ann started writing songs at an early age and has developed an extensive collection of tight, well-crafted songs that tell stories of love, come and gone, according to her website.
Much in the tradition of The Blasters and The Paladins, her musical style is “American Music," combining elements of '50s rhythm & blues, rockabilly, traditional country and swing.
The concert is from 7-9 p.m. For additional information, call the library at (973) 835-0482.
The library is at 333 Wanaque Ave., Pompton Lakes.
