Prior to coming to St. Joseph’s, Brady served as senior vice president of strategy and system development at Western Connecticut Health Network in Danbury, where she led the formulation of a system-wide strategic plan, the development of an overall marketing and branding strategy, the development of a network-wide physician resource plan and oversaw the network’s planning, business development and marketing and communications functions.

Previously, Brady served as SVP and COO, as well as vice president for planning and business development at Norwalk Hospital before its merger with the Western Connecticut Health Network. At Norwalk Hospital, she was responsible for the overall operations of the community teaching hospital. A strong team effort resulted in significant improvements in operating margin and quality outcomes. She also led the implementation of numerous successful major capital projects, as well as the formulation and implementation of a master facility plan, which included a $120 million ambulatory pavilion.
