RAMSEY, N.J. — Shelves were looking sparse Sunday night at ShopRite at the Interstate Shopping Center in Ramsey with Winter Storm Stella on the horizon.

A blizzard watch has been issued for Bergen and Passaic counties as well as several other regions across the tri-state area. It's in effect from late Monday night through Tuesday evening, AccuWeather.com reports.
