WOODLAND PARK, N.J. — Roger Nick of Woodland Park can dougie... He can nay-nay... And he can twerk .

The disabled U.S. Air Force veteran and former lab technician is living proof that life doesn't stop at retirement — it keeps moving... and so does he.

Nick, 58, is going on his fifth year as a dancer with Timeless Torches, a troupe tied to the New York Liberty of the WNBA for adults over 40.

"My wife saw it in the paper  and suggested I go and try out," said Nick, a grandfather of three.

"I said, 'Hip-hop? I don't know if this body can make those moves.'

"But I tried out and made it — and I've been loving it ever since."

The Timeless Torches' next performance is on June 7 when NY Liberty will face Atlanta Dream at Madison Square Garden at 11 a.m.

They'll perform their three or four usual songs in the routine, which they learned all in one night, Nick explained.

"They don’t hold back on our choreographies — they bring us to our limits," said Nick, who has been tap dancing since he was seven. "It just may take us a little bit longer to do it.

"We don't leave the studio until we learn the whole number."

His favorite part about it might be hearing the audience explode when they realize the Timeless Torches can do more than the "Electric Slide."

Think Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull — the kind of music that makes you want to drop it low.

"We're out there and we're a fantastic dance team," he said. "For seniors to do what we're doing is pretty good. It's just a good time overall."
