Groomer Sandy Roberto of West Milford, who owns Must Love Dogs in Wayne, is determined to get 1-year-old Nori the surgery she needs to ultimately land her a loving home and happier life.

“Her legs are so bad the vets don’t even know how she walks,” Roberto told Daily Voice. “But if you met her she’s such a high-spirited dog you’d never know.”

Roberto will need $4,500 to cover spay and neuter costs for Nori.

Nori was found running loose in East Orange with two other Rottweiliers, who Roberto believes were her mother and father.

With help from the East Orange Animal Shelter, Roberto took in the dogs.

The male was put down for aggression but Roberto was able to find the other female a family.

Now all’s left is sweet Nori.
