Massive D'Agostino Funeral Expected To Jam Ringwood Avenue In Wanaque

WANAQUE, N.J. — A funeral for a family member of the D'Agostino Funeral Home was expected to jam Ringwood Avenue in Wanaque on Friday and Saturday.

Josephine D’Agostino, whose husband Victor's family operates the Haskell funeral home, died Wednesday. She was 64.

The funeral home is across Ringwood Avenue from St. Francis Church, where the funeral Mass is scheduled for 930 a.m. Saturday, with entombment at Calvary Mausoleum Cemetery in Paterson.

Traffic delays were expected in the area from 9-11 a.m. Saturday. Police said the same was true for the viewing at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. Friday.

Drivers were advised to use alternate routes if possible.
