BLOOMINGDALE, N.J. -- The Bloomingdale Board of Education is looking for volunteers to help launch its middle school mentoring service, according to NorthJersey.com.
The district currently has one volunteer, but was hoping for at least five to 10 when they organized the initiative. Volunteers must be fingerprinted in accordance with state law, NorthJersey.com reported.
Mentors will attend training sessions before being added to a pre-arraigned schedule, NorthJersey.com said.
