Bloomingdale Rolls Out Men's Softball League

BLOOMINGDALE, N.J. -- A men's softball league for men ages 21 and over is being organized in the borough of Bloomingdale.

Bloomingdale is organizing a men's softball league open to borough residents as well as those living in Butler and Kinnelon, New Jersey.

The league fee is $65 per person or $700 per team. Individuals and teams are welcome to participate.

Games will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the school fields at the Walter T. Bergen School, 225 Glenwild Ave. Make up games will be held on Sunday mornings.

The league is set to begin on April 18. It will run through the end of June.

Softballs will be provided, but players are expected to provide their own mitts and bats.

The league is open to borough residents as well as those living in Butler and Kinnelon. Proof of age will be required.
