Anne Schedeen, best known for playing Kate Tanner on the NBC sitcom "ALF," died at age 77, her family announced Sunday, June 14, in a post on her Facebook page. A US Air Force B-52 Stratofortress went down shortly after takeoff at Edwards Air Force Base in California.
