E-Scooter Rider Seriously Hurt In Norwalk Crash; Police Seek Video A Connecticut e-scooter rider suffered serious injuries in a crash at a busy intersection, police said. Officers reached Strawberry Hill Avenue and County Street in Norwalk just after 9:10 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 25.  An ambulance took the rider to Norwalk Hospital for treatment. Police said the rider was not wearing a helmet. The department’s crash reconstruction and identification teams collected evidence at the scene.
