Curly's Ice Cream, Wayne

The Scoop: Curly's Ice Cream has been serving homemade frozen desserts in Riverdale for almost 60 years and three generations; the Wayne location opened two years ago. The shop offers the same delicious flavors, but with indoor seating and an "old fashioned ice cream parlor" vibe.

Expect classics like butter pecan and peach melba and some new favorites like cannoli cream and caramel pretzel (even vegan raspberry). Also available are milkshakes, sundaes, frozen yogurt, take home desserts and Curly's legendary ice cream cakes that can be customized on the spot.
