The Castle at Skylands Manor has been named one of the 15 best romantic weekend getaways in New Jersey by The Crazy Tourist, a popular travel website.
The spot, nestled in the New Jersey State Botanical Gardens in Ringwood, is the only destination in Passaic and Bergen Counties to make the list.
According to thecrazytourist.com, “when you stay at this New Jersey destination, you’ll feel regal from the beginning to the end.”
The website states that visitors can “stay in one of the 24 glamorous suites at the Castle, adorned in Gothic and Renaissance décor and architecture,” and “peruse through the 1,000 acres of natural woodlands that make up this lush property, dotted with formal botanical gardens, rolling lawns, verandas, and stone terraces.”
The Castle came in at number 11 on the list. The top spot went to the Grand Cascades Lodge at Crystal Springs Resort in Hamburg.
