Pals Vincent Cestone and Thomas Barone, both Little Falls residents, started Falls Creamery in 2015.

After much research, they decided to use only ice cream from Gifford's, made in the rural town of Skowhegan, Maine.

Each flavor is made on a single production line and uses a special blend of fresh milk and cream from local farmers and antique machines to slow churn each flavor.
