The fourth-grader has swam to raise awareness toward a Miami orca on her birthday, collected almost $11,000 for people and animals alike and protested the NY Blood Center for Liberian chimpanzees.

Now, the ASPCA is doing something for Willow, as she was named the organization's 2016 Kid of the Year.

This award is given to kids who make a substantial effort to help animals.
