BLOOMINGDALE, N.J. -- Former Borough Administrator Ted Ehrenburg had his breach of contract suit against Bloomingdale dismissed by a Passaic County Superior Court Judge last month according to NorthJersey.com.
Ehrenburg was suing for more than $850,000 in compensatory damages after resigning his position in 2012 to take the administrator position in Bloomfield. Ehrenburg reportedly left the position after the Borough Council agreed to terminate six-year contracts and set his pay rate at the terms of his previous contract, NorthJersey.com reported.
The court determined that Ehrenburg left his position voluntarily, was not terminated and dismissed the case, NorthJersey.com said.
