Justin Johnson Sentenced For Albany Subway Robbery
A man who stormed into an Albany Subway restaurant armed with a metal pipe and threatened workers before stealing cash is headed to state prison. Justin Johnson, 39, of Albany, was sentenced to 13½ years in state prison followed by five years of post-release supervision on Wednesday, June 10, according to Albany County District Attorney Lee C. Kindlon. Johnson previously pleaded guilty to First Degree Robbery.
