Daylight Saving Countdown: When Do Clocks Change? The countdown is on: Daylight saving time ends in days, and a familiar clock ritual will shake up daily routines. Clocks across most of the US turn back one hour at 2 a.m. local time on Sunday, Nov. 1, returning to 1 a.m., according to the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
